Purpose
This agreement is to prevent the Employee from engaging in activities that compete with the Employer's business.
Non-Compete Obligation
The Employee agrees not to engage in any competing business activities within Geographic Area of Restriction for a period of Duration of Restriction after termination of employment.
Scope of Restriction
The Employee shall not:
Work with or for any business that competes with the Employer.
Start a business that competes with the Employer.
Solicit the Employer's clients or customers.
Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to keep all of the Employer's confidential information private, both during and after employment.
Consideration
In exchange for the Employee's compliance with this agreement, the Employer agrees to provide Consideration.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Governing Law - State/Country.
Enforcement
If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
