What is the free concierge service for paying customers?
You can have our team upload contracts on your behalf. When you send us a list of current contracts, we’ll get to work uploading them into your account. You’ll see about 250 contracts uploaded per day, on average. If you have over 1,000 contracts, we’ll work with you to upload contracts even faster.
Is there a length to your free trial?
No. You can upload up to 10 contracts for free without paying a penny.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. When you pay for a year upfront, you get a 15% discount. We also offer 10% off for nonprofits and charities. Email us a copy of your 501(c)(3) paperwork right after you sign up to support@contracthound.com. We'll apply the discount once we verify your status.
Do you charge for extra users?
Absolutely not. Unlike most contract management software, we don't charge you based on how many users you add. 5 users or 50, the price is the same. This adds up to significant savings as your company grows.
Can we cancel at any time?
There's no contract for Contract Hound. Cancel at any time without penalty or hassle.
