Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

The Employee agrees not to engage in competing activities or solicit the Employer’s clients for Termination - Non-Compete Duration after termination within Termination - Non-Compete Geographic Area.

Leave and Holidays

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under this contract will be resolved through Termination - Mediation / Arbitration / Court.

Health and Safety

The Employee must comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.

Equipment and Resources

The Employer will provide necessary equipment and resources for the Employee to perform their duties.

Performance Reviews

Regular performance reviews will be conducted Training and Development - Performance Reviews Frequency.

Training and Development

The Employee is entitled to Training and Development - Training Opportunities (if applicable).
